The R.E.A.L. part of our foundation is living Relational, Empathetic, Authentic and Loving with everyone, every day! The mission of Live R.E.A.L. Foundation is to be a vehicle in which community members can use to get education and support for mental illness, drug use and/or mental/physical/sexual abuse. The vision of Live R.E.A.L. is to see a significant decrease in death due to mental illness, drug use and/or abuses in Rockford, Illinois & Metro Communities by the end of 2026.
