Helping Paws of Southern Minnesota
Helping Paws of Southern Minnesota a 501(c)3 certified nonprofit located in Owatonna, Minnesota. Our slogan is "Helping One Kitty at a Time," and our focus is to provide trap, neuter, and return services (TNR) for community and barn cats in the southern Minnesota area. We also provide rescue services for cats at the Owatonna animal control, as well as cats that are homeless or in danger of losing their homes. Our staff is 100 percent volunteer, and we receive no city, state, or federal government funding.
