Americans for Nonsmokers’ Rights is a membership organization dedicated to promoting people’s right to breathe smokefree air in workplaces and public places. Defending your right to breathe smokefree air & exposing tobacco industry shenanigans since 1976 The organization's primary exempt purpose is to promote nonsmoking as the norm through smoking prevention education programs, information dissemination, technical assistance and training. Secondhand smoke and smoking cause asthma, many cancers, and heart disease.
