About The Reece Kelley Foundation Our purpose Reece Kelley was a happy funloving boy who passed away in the summer of 2008 four days before he was to start fourth grade. In his honor and memory a Foundation bearing his name was created. The missionof this Foundation a 501 c 3 Nonprofit Organization isto raise money to provide scholarships to students who exhibit characteristics and values that Reece embodied.
