Families in Action for Justice (FIA4J) was established in 2021 to build the leadership capacity of parents, youth, and educators. We are committed to fostering civic engagement, empowering Black and Brown communities, and training parents and youth to educate the public about the importance of education issues and equitable opportunity for underserved students to gain access to quality school experiences
