Advocacy Professional Development Conference Our Mission To support each other as Child Care Administrators in providing quality programming for Wisconsins families. The Wisconsin Child Care Administrators Association began in the spring of 1976 and hosted its first conference in 1979. Our ongoing motivation is the need for an organization to be committed to the promotion of excellence in child care administration. WCCAA is active at local regional state and national levels.
