Home - Berkeley Addiction Treatment Services Berkeley Addiction Treatment Services Eligibility Our Services Everyone is welcome at the Berkeley Addiction Treatment Services BATS center. There is no discrimination on the basis of race religion gender sexual orientation or disability at BATS. To be admitted to our programs patients must have a documented history of opiate dependence and a documented history of several prior attempts at treatment. Patients are screened for active medical and psychosocial issues.
