Daisys Place Avian Sanctuary
We are a 501c3 Non-Profit organization which provides a loving home for rescued birds of all species "Until Their Forever". Adopt, don't shop. We believe that the birds didn't have a choice in who their original owners were, but that they have every right to have as full of a life as possible. Fresh salads featuring fruits, vegetables and grains are made daily. We would like to be active in our community by educating the public on the plight of captive birds. We hope to help instill a sense of responsibility so that as the kids continue to grow up, they remember that all pets depend on them for everything. We think that the "breeding for profit" practice needs to end.
