Hand in Hand of Glynn has built 60 Tiny Homes at our campus called The Grove at Correll Commons that will house adult individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. Over 500 of our neighbors are experiencing homelessness Our Vision The Challenge Our Wish List Help us create a home for someone who hasnt had one in a while.
