The Bee & Butterfly Habitat Fund is growing, and so is our impact! We’re looking for a passionate, experienced fundraising professional to join our team as our next Director of Development. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of pollinator conservation by leading and expanding our fundraising efforts. You'll work alongside our dedicated team and partners to cultivate meaningful donor relationships, drive philanthropic growth, and fuel programs that create thriving habitats for bees, butterflies, and wildlife across the country. What we’re looking for: ✅ Proven leadership in nonprofit fundraising ✅ A passion for conservation and pollinators ✅ Strategic thinking and a collaborative spirit ✅ Experience raising $1.5M+ annually ✅ Based in or near the U.S. Midwest (Remote role!)
