Jack London State Park is the legacy of Jack London (1876-1916), famous writer, farmer and Socialist. Home of Jack London (1876-1916), famous author, adventurer, photographer and farmer. In 2012, Jack London Park Partners was the first non-profit organization to take up management of a state park on behalf of the people of California. We rigorously protect the historic and natural character of the Park while creating inclusive opportunities for education, recreation, discovery, and joy, leaving future generations a park that would make Jack London proud.

Congratulations to Olga and Marfa—our lucky winners of the 1,000,000th visitor raffle at Jack London Park. Their names were drawn during Sunday’s Call of the Wild Day celebration, and what a day it was. With around 1,000 guests, the park came alive with free admission, kids’ art, live music, tasty bites, hay rides, and even a blacksmith demo.
