When Joseph visited HCAP, he learned he could save on his home’s utility bills through HCAP’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)! After completing a home energy audit, Joseph was able to receive a brand-new stove and hybrid water heater for free. He also received small measures, including LED light bulbs, a showerhead, and smoke alarms – all of which helped to lower his energy usage and increase energy savings.
