Fine Whines and Lickers, Inc. located in rural North Carolina, provides a no kill, non-discriminatory rescue dedicated to the adoption of homeless and abandoned dogs. We avidly work towards improving the lives of dogs through owner education, promoting spaying and neutering and providing safe sanctuary, with the goal of lowering the extremely high euthanasia rates in municipal shelters. Our fundamental focus is to rescue and then adopt out healthy, happy dogs to loving forever homes.
