Help Start Education Foundation HSEF is a 501c 3 nonprofit organization. Thanks to bighearted benefactors HSEF provides laptops to BYUPathway Worldwide students in underdeveloped areas. These students take their courses online and need these devices to complete their assignments and connect with instructors and fellow students. As we expand our donation base we can benefit more students.
