🚨 SJR 1 abre la puerta a la discriminación racial, la detención injusta y la violación del debido proceso. Esta enmienda constitucional propuesta permitiría que jueces nieguen la fianza a personas acusadas de ciertos delitos graves si el estado las clasifica como “extranjeros ilegales,” una categoría vaga y dañina que podría afectar a solicitantes de asilo, residentes de larga duración y familias de estatus mixto. 📞 Nuestras comunidades merecen seguridad, justicia y un trato justo, no miedo ni confusión.
