Middleton Cardinal Booster Club Who We Are The Middleton Cardinal Booster Club CBC is a parentdriven organization dedicated to supporting Middleton High School studentathletes both on and off the field. Our board includes representatives from all athletic teams. Our Members With a membership of over 1000 families and growing the CBC extends beyond Middleton High School reaching not only the MiddletonCrossPlains communities but Dane County and the Big 8 Conference as well.
