TO DO THIS WE SEEK PERMANENCE FOR CHILDREN BY FACILITATING ADOPTIONS OF CHILDREN FROM BOTH THE SOCIAL SERVICES SYSTEM AND THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT; AND TO RECRUIT AND TRAIN FAMILIES TO PROVIDE FOSTER HOMES FOR CHILDREN WHILE THEY AWAIT THEIR PERMANENT FAMILIES. ONCE ESTABLISHED WE TRAIN , COACH AND INTERVENE TO STRENGTHEN THE BONDS AND ATTACHMENTS WITHIN THE NEW FAMILIES FAMILY WITH EDUCATIONAL AND PSYCHOSOCIAL TOOLS.
