CONDUCT RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY NEW ECON OPPORTUNITIES IN THE REGION. f. PROVIDE SUPPORTING SERVICES FOR MARKETING THE REGION FOR BS AND INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION.

Columbia Pacific Economic Development District ABOUT US The ColumbiaPacific Economic Development District also known as ColPac is a private nonprofit organization established to assist in diversifying and strengthening the economy and livability of Northwest Oregon. The District covers all of Clatsop Columbia and Tillamook counties and the western part of Washington County. Governed by a 24member volunteer Board of Directors ColPac convenes local public and private leaders including representatives from county commissions cities ports local business and business organizations and workforce development and community colleges. ColPac also has a seven member Loan Administration Board that oversees the Districts Revolving Loan Fund.
