LACCA LOS ANGELES COUNTY CATTLEMENS ASSOCIATION We are working to protect and promote cattle ranching and beef production and preserve its environmental economic and social benefits. Mission Statement The Los Angeles County Cattlemens Association LACCA works to ensure a more favorable business environment for the cattle producers of Los Angeles County and the beef cattle industry. This goal is accomplished by Cattle producers working through LACCA including but not limited to Promoting ranching and beef production in Los Angeles County. Influencing regulatory legislative judicial and other governmental actions to allow cattle producers to conduct their business in a manner free of unnecessary and burdensome restrictions and expenses.
