A foster-based rescue dedicated to reducing the number of community cats in Greater Charlotte by providing cats with essential care to live happier, healthier lives through Trap/Spay/Neuter/Vaccinate-Release (TNR) and Adoption Programs. Windsor Kittens is dedicated to caring for the large number of community cats in its home base of East Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. We provide our rescues with essential vet care to live happier, healthier lives through our Adoption and Trap-Spay/Neuter/Vaccinate-Release (TNR) programs.
