Juniors In Boating To support and assist in the development of high caliber sailboat racers. Juniors in Boating JIB was established as a California nonprofit benefit Corporation in 1982 to support and assist in the development of high caliber sailboat racers by supporting and financially assisting young racers to participate in sailboat racing association events seminars special classes lectures and regattas. I am totally motivated to qualify for the next Junior Snipe Worlds. The experience was amazing and I cant thank JIB enough for providing the needed funding that helped me compete in Spain.
