Welcome to Positive Work™, a charity on a mission to increase workplace inclusion for individuals with disabilities. We provide training and accreditation to managers, employees, and volunteers without identified disabilities, empowering them to be advocates for their colleagues. Our goal is to ensure that every employee is equipped to advocate for and support their colleagues with disabilities. By becoming Positive Work™ certified, your organization can play a crucial role in creating a truly inclusive workplace. In addition to our training programs, we actively raise funds to provide Positive Work™ training to as many individuals as possible. Your support enables us to reach a broader audience, fostering a culture of acceptance and understanding in workplaces everywhere.
