Bringing the Arts to Ely Nevada Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others. Jonathan Swift OUR MISSION The Bristlecone Arts Council believes that art is an important part of a community and human development. We are comprised of artistic dedicated volunteers in White Pine County with a passion for creating community involvement fostering talent and promoting opportunities for artistic application for all ages in Northern Nevada. This includes all mediums including but not limited to performing arts visual arts handicrafts cultural art and presentation.
