Sisters Thrive focuses on curating sacred spaces for BIWOC (Black Indigenous Women of Color) to focus on making their lifestyle health a priority. Our curated spaces teach women wellness of mind, body and spirit focusing on solutions and emphasizing the importance of our locus of control. Advocate for BIWOC for better health outcomes based on health equity. Amplify our voices to ensure we are heard above the noise in an effort to change the trajectory of health outcomes. Affirm that we wore born to thrive and no just survive by making our lifestyle health a priority.
