The Foundation of Southern Oregon | Rogue River, Oregon The Foundation of Southern Oregon The Foundation of Southern Oregon FSO is a 501C3 charitable organization dedicated to providing our regions children and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities IDD opportunities to experience and explore the natural environment and find their passion. Private and group equine lessons are offered at The Foundation in English and Western. All lessons are provided under the direction of our certified instructors. Not only do we offer equine activities but also programs featuring livestock and farm animals outdoor gardening hiking wildlife viewing and encounters trail development and maintenance and more Scroll down for a full list of available activities at the FSO.
