Oklahoma CASA Who We Are We are dedicated to improving the lives of the children in the Oklahoma foster care system. Our specially trained volunteers strive to become a positive stable influence for Oklahoma children while ensuring they have a voice in the courts and the services they need for a stable future. CASA programs serve 63 blue counties out of Oklahomax27s 77 counties. What We Do Oklahoma CASA is the statewide association for 19 local CASA programs.

Each year, Oklahoma CASA recognizes families who have overcome obstacles to providing a safe and loving home for their children and are able to reunify after their child was placed in the child welfare system. In FY2024, 44% of CASA case closures in Oklahoma were the result of reunification with parents or primary caretakers.
