The California State University, Long Beach Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies invites submissions for our biennial conference, Afterlives: Reinvention, Reproduction, and Reception, in collaboration with Forest Lawn Museum. The conference will be held November 15, 2025 at Forest Lawn Museum and will include lunch, a reception, and a behind-the-scenes tour of the Museum and its holdings. It is a fantastic day of scholarly exchange in a unique and quintessentially Los Angeles setting. We welcome explorations of conference themes and their manifestations anywhere in the world.
