We are a non-profit organization founded in 1989 as South Valley Pregnancy Care Center. For decades we served the community providing free pregnancy tests, education, and material support to women and families in the southern Santa Clara County. In 2017, Informed Choices was licensed by the State of California and today we are proud to offer pregnancy medical services as part of our comprehensive network of care and education. As a Gospel-Centered and Life-Affirming Pregnancy Medical Clinic, our motto is simply: “Supporting Women…Upholding Life…”
