Women 039s Rights and Peace of Bay Area Raising awareness of global issues of sexual slavery and human trafficking Mission Statement Womens Rights Peace of Bay Area WRAPBA is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that promotes cultural informational and World War II educational activities regarding Asia and Asian Americans in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California. We seek to further the common good and general welfare of the public and the Asian American community by 1 Developing leadership skills in women as a way for individuals to become active members in womens rights movements 2Empowering all individuals to contribute to a society where women of any color are viewed as relevant assets and necessary additions to global organizations 3Encouraging the public to develop citizens who value diversity challenge bias and have a passion for continual learning through experience 4 Increasing gender equality in education informing the public about womens issues 5 Promoting international cultural and professional enrichment through crosscultural exchange and professional training programs. 6 Running programs that create opportunities to foster nation building peace and cultural understanding among nations.
