Contemporary Housing Alternatives of Florida, Inc/CHAF Properties LLC was formed as a non-profit corporation in 1992 for the purpose of providing affordable housing facilities for low and moderate income persons and others with special needs. Our mission is to provide affordable housing in Pinellas County. We offer rental units at and below market rates to those who qualify.
