The mission of the Twelfth Step House of San Diego dba Heartland House, is to establish, operate and maintain a residential treatment facility for the rehabilitation, care and treatment of adult men suffering substance use disorder, from alcohol and/or drug use. Our overall goals are to provide a living environment conducive to continued recovery, conduct a program that helps the newly recovering alcoholic/addict establish a long-term support system, and generate attitudes in our clients that enhance self- sufficiency, self-worth and an ongoing healthy quality of life.
