Rainbow Labs Empowering Queer Gender Non Conforming Youth One Lab At A Time Rainbow Labs Mission Rainbow Labs emboldens Queer and Gender Nonconforming Youth to discover curate and experiment with the elements of a fulfilled life through community building and the lived experiences of mentors. Our Vision A world in which all Queer and Gender Nonconforming Youth see themselves as cocreators of an equitable inclusive and progressive society. The Problem 10 of youth in California schools 600K and 15 of youth in the juvenile justice system 13K identify as Queer andor Gender NonConfirming QGNC. 39 of QGNC youth reported considering suicide in the last 12 months.
