The mission of the Clatsop CASA Program, Inc. is to provide trained volunteers to speak for the best interest of abused and neglected children in Clatsop County's court and child welfare systems. Clatsop CASA promotes and supports quality volunteer representation for children, and assists CASA volunteers as they advocate for children to achieve permanency in safe, nurturing homes.Clatsop CASA is also dedicated to participating in community collaborations to enhance service delivery systems and strengthen family functioning in order to encourage permanent homes for every child in our community.

Clatsop CASA - Astoria, OR How you can Help Volunteer Spotlight Sianna Fenstermacher CASA Volunteer since 2021 Sianna Fenstermacher was born and raised in Colton Oregon. She and her Goldendoodle Reese moved to Clatsop County in 2021 when her husband who serves in the Coast Guard was transferred to the area. She loves being so close to the ocean while also having the beautiful forest nearby. Sianna is a Registered Respitory Therapist at Columbia Memorial Hospital where she helps people breathe in emergencies and everyday situations.
