West End Community Alliance for Recreation and Education (WECARE) Creating a legacy recreational opportunity for Alachua County WECAREs Mission To develop and foster an organization that values a community partnership to support golf youth education and development and recreational green space while providing a friendly and welcoming environment for all to enjoy. WECARE is a 501c3 organization. Donors can deduct contributions under IRC Section 170. As a public charity WECARE is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests devises transfers or gifts under Section 2055 2106 or 2522.
