🪨 Oregon crews rebuilt more than a wall—they rebuilt a piece of Silver Falls history🌿 This spring, Blue and Red Crews spent four total weeks restoring a collapsed rock wall at the South Falls scenic viewpoint and maintaining nearby hiking trails. They reset stonework, laid mortar, packed gravel, and planted native shrubs, making the area safe and beautiful for the thousands of visitors who pass through each week. Silver Falls State Park was once home to a Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) camp in the 1930s, where enrollees lived and worked on the very same land—just like our crews today 😍 🎓 Both crews have recently graduated, but their legacy lives on in every "thank you" from a passing hiker and every future conservationist who will follow in their footsteps 🥾 (fb)

With our headquarters in Eugene Oregon and offices in Tacoma Washington and Boise Idaho we engage nearly 1000 young people each year. Our programs include residential conservation crews for both youth and young adults local community crews community wildfire protection crews an internship program for college aged participants and a fully accredited high school.
