THE MISSION OF SPSFBC IS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS AND STUDENT SUPPORT TO SINGLE PARENT FAMILIES IN BENTON COUNTY IN ORDER TO ENABLE SINGLE PARENTS TO ATTAIN SELF-SUFFICIECY THROUGH POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION AND BRING THEM AND THEIR CHILDREN OUT OF POVERTY.
