Welcome to Tabby Town USA Inc. We are a proud Nonprofit NoKill NoDeclawing Cat Rescue in Westby WI. Tabby Town cats reside underfoot with Marie Glover and her husband Ted and in many loving foster homes. With the help of wonderful volunteers Tabby Town has rescued almost 6000 cats and kittens since their inception in 2003.
