Welcome to Nogales Community Development where we build thriving communities in Nogales and Santa Cruz County. Ever since the arrival of two trains in 1882 one domestic and one international visionaries have realized that Nogales location is prime a high elevation mountain pass that provides a natural gateway for the movement of people and goods between two countries that are longtime trade partners. We are continuing this tradition by reinvesting in our community one business one person at a time.
