Hot Flashz, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. To this end, the corporation shall represent themselves as a dance performing charitable organization that will collect funds only to further the operational expenses of said organization and assist other charitable organizations in their fundraising endeavors. All funds, whether income, or principal, and whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, shall be devoted to said purposes.The Hot Flashz raise funds and support Camp Boggy Creek in Eustis, Florida. Founded by the late Paul Newman, this is a year-round camp facility for children with chronic and serious life-threatening illnesses. This camp enriches the lives of these Florida children by creating camping experiences that are memorable, exciting, empowering and physically safe. There is never any charge to families or children to attend Camp Boggy Creek. It costs $2,877 for one week of camp. These children, whose lives have been a series of medical procedures and hospital stays , enjoy a camping adventure that transforms them into "just kids".The Hot Flashz also support Special Operations Warrior Foundation. This organization, located in Tampa, Florida, provides full scholarship grants, as well as educational and family counseling to the children of special operations personnel who die in operational or training missions. They also provide immediate financial assistance to severely wounded special operations personnel and their families.When you hire or donate to the Hot Flashz, you can be assured that your money is going to the kids. The Hot Flashz cast personally pay for all of their costumes.
