BCCs mission is to provide evidencebased Motivational Interviewing training to promote health behavior change particularly as tailored for marginalized and stigmatized populations and to ensure diversity in our staff. MI is a proven approach backed by millions of dollars of funding from the National Institutes of Health NIH and local health departments. BCC continues to collaborate with academic partners to conduct leadingedge research in MIbased behavior change approaches teaching and implementing MI within organizations across the globe.
