Vision: Atma Prajna – Self Awakening Atma Prajna International Institute: 'Prajnanam Brahma' Mission: To take Self Awakening to every American The Atma Prajna International Institute is a global vision born out of the wisdom of Ramana Maharishi, carried forward by Yogi Ramaiah, his esteemed disciple. Further, vision took shape by Yogi Ramaih’s disciple Swami Prajna Aranya (meaning ‘Forest of Knowledge’). Swami Prajna Aranya was also known as Yogi Protoplasm lovingly because he was lecturer of Botany by profession. Our mission is rooted in one of the oldest yoga traditions which was defined by Bhagawan Ramana. This is a different kind of yoga than what is more popular in these time, although the goal is same – attain moksha or liberation. Paul Brunton was an American disciple or Ramana.
