A Nonprofit organization raising funds exclusively for The Arts District Competitive Dance Team Our mission is to provide opportunities to young men and women in the areas of physical fitness, emotional well-being, education, focus, fine arts and creativity. We hope to set our youth on a lifetime of healthy habits through dance. Dance is an opportunity to see in to different cultures and to understand how these cultures contribute to the world around us. As performing artists, our children will learn traditional dances and have the opportunity to create new ones. When competing, children have the opportunity to develop socially by learning good sportsmanship, the ability to recover in difficult situations, encourage team work and self-regulation. Our children learn that a job well done takes many months of practice and preparation.
