Centers for the Developmentally Disabled of North Central Alabama Home Services Resources Get Involved Contact Careers More Community Experience Who We Are Mission Our mission is to provide supports and servicesfor people with developmental andor physical disabilities that recognize their individualstrengths dreams and preferencesto empower him or her to live work and recreate in their community with dignity and independence. Services CDD NCA39s services include an early childhood program an adult residential program the community experience program the supported employment program and personal care structured to match each individual39s specific strengths needs and personal preferences. Accreditation CDD NCA39s adult services are certified and monitored by the Alabama Department of Mental Health ADMH and the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services ADRS. All services are typically provided at no cost to the individual or their family regardless of income.
