Services CDD NCA39s services include an early childhood program an adult residential program the community experience program the supported employment program and personal care structured to match each individual39s specific strengths needs and personal preferences. Accreditation CDD NCA39s adult services are certified and monitored by the Alabama Department of Mental Health ADMH and the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services ADRS. All services are typically provided at no cost to the individual or their family regardless of income.
