We work tirelessly with community organizations and government agencies to link provide and support needed services. PROGRAMS WE SUPPORT OUR VETERANS THROUGH FOUR CORE MISSIONS Hearth Home This is our flagship program dedicated to providing Veterans with a safe home of their own Wings of Valor A major obstacle for Veterans is obtaining the help that they need for transportation Victory Garden Food insecurity threatens many of our Veterans. Veterans Aging in Place We help them keep the cost of care down by retrofitting their homes to accommodate WE ARE THE CHANGE.
