IMPACT RI aids RI’s underserved communities in realizing housing and financial security by education IMPACT RI aids Rhode Island’s underserved individuals in realizing financial security and stable housing through education, training, and providing equal opportunity. Our goal is to guide our participants on the importance of real estate, financial, business and entrepreneurship education. We believe that an education in real estate will open doors, create opportunities, and provide an alternative tool for wealth-building in communities of color. We believe that every Rhode Islander has the right to a safe and secure living environment with a stable financial income to support it. We aim to create change in underserved communities by providing education and training programs that increase accessibility to more significant earning potential and homeownership opportunities.
