THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO LEVERAGE THE EXPERIENCE OF COMMUNITY VIOLENCE ACTIVIST, CARL HARDRICK, TO REDUCE GUN VIOLENCE IN THE CITY OF HARTFORD BY TRAINING VIOLENCE PREVENTION PROFESSIONALS AND INTERVENORS.
