Who we are ARISE Adelante A Resource In Serving Equality moving forward empowers residents living in low income communities in South Texas to attain a better life for themselves their families and their community. Through education resources and support ARISE provides these communities with the foundation to achieve their life goals. Our mission ARISE Adelante promotes the personal development and empowerment of the community especially women children and youth of the Rio Grande Valley through educational programs that strengthen their organized community and civic participation. WHAT WE DO Each Center offers educational programs and workshops for area youth and adults primarily women that focus on personal development and leadership.
