We the member of this Branch do adopt the following ByLaws. Local Memorandums of Understanding MOU LMOUs are contractual benefits and rights of letter carriers that have been negotiated at the local level between the Branch President or designee and Installation Heads or designee. These rights and benefits consist of 22 specific items listed under Article 30.
