The mission of the Yolo County Library Foundation (YCLF) is to enhance the ability of the Yolo County Library to provide library services. The specific and primary purposes and activities for which the YCLF is organized are the receiving of grants, donations and contributions and the application of funds so received to promote and advance educational, informational, and recreational literary activities and lifelong learning opportunities through free access to library services for the benefit of the general public.
