Road Foundations Pave the Way For Opioid Change Our Purpose Many people struggle with managing opioid use for pain and with opioid use disorder OUD. While recovery is achievable for any substance use disorder SUD too many people lack funding for their treatments or would benefit from treatments that are not accessible. To meet this challenge Road Foundation works with clinics that practice medicated assisted treatment MAT and companies that create contingency contracts both proven to reduce the harmful impacts of OUD.
